We have experience and are proficient in gold & silver leaf, karat or metal, woods, burls, hardwoods, period & portrait frames, special finishes, hand carved, and fabric covered picture frames.
Matting
The mat not only gives the artwork a finished look but, helps to preserve the piece. We specialize in a wide variety of matting styles to fit your framing needs. Some of our options include museum quality, preservation, fabric covered, French matting, faux finished, decorative cuts, and embossed mats.
Glazing
Glass and acrylic options should be made for the enhancment and preservation of your artwork. Some of the glazing types Rick’s offers are ultra-violet filtering (glass & acrylic), reflection control, and etched glass.

Restoration Services
In addition to up-to-date preservation practices performed at Rick's Custom Framing, we receive requests for restoration of old, dirty and/or damaged pieces. Rick's works with restoration professionals that can clean and/or repair paintings, prints and antique frames.
Mounting
At Rick’s Custom Framing we receive offers to frame not only two-dimensional, but three-dimensional, objects as well. We have framed sports jerseys, golf clubs, and baseball bats and balls. In order to best display these objects we offer mounting options including preservation, museum, dry mounting, and textile and object mounts.
